What services do you provide for private labeling?

Launch beauty products under your own brand name and logo, locally manufactured at our facility in Huntington Beach, California. Stock or custom formula development is available based on your needs. We also offer stock packaging options or custom packaging and label designs as needed. Fees depend on project requirements, and MOQs will apply.

ORDERS

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped by the end of the business day after receiving the order. The cutoff time for orders is typically Monday-Friday at 4 p.m. PT, excluding holidays. Any orders received after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Our products are shipped internationally through DHL, UPS, and USPS.

Where is my order?

Upon checkout, you will receive an email with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email to confirm the shipment of your order. It's on the way!

The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you can check the status of the order at any time. If you have any questions about your order status, please email us.

Can I return/exchange a product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Kreizi Beauty purchase, please contact us. We have a 10-day return policy upon receiving your order to request a return or exchange of items.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to https://kreizibeauty.com/policies/refund-policy for further details.

Can you explain more about your claims (Clean, Cruelty-Free, Vegan, Kosher, and Halal)?

Kreizi Beauty is committed to creating products that are healthier for you and environmentally friendly for the planet. We want our products to reach as many people as possible while still meeting our high standards for quality.

We go beyond beauty with carbon-neutral initiatives to deliver clean products and support our claims with certifications from reputable organizations. Our products are certified Cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny, Vegan and Kosher by EarthKosher, and Halal by the American Halal Foundation.

It's not common for beauty brands to have all of these certifications, but that's what makes us Kreizi!

Where can I find the ingredient listing?

You keep mentioning that your products contain Saffron Flower Extract, Vegan Collagen, and Sunflower Seed Oil. What is so special about these ingredients?

In addition to being natural and sustainably harvested, these ingredients provide incredible benefits without being harsh on the skin.

The saffron flower extract brightens and protects the skin from UV radiation. Our collagen is obtained from vegan sources rather than the common animal sources and is used to soften and moisturize the skin, giving a plump appearance. Sunflower seed oil repairs skin damage and is easily absorbed into the skin.

Together, these ingredients work to give all of our products the benefits of healing, enhancing, and protecting your skin, so you can look and feel beautiful when using Kreizi Beauty.

Are your products safe?

Customer safety is a high priority for us. Our team is constantly working with distributors and regulators to ensure our products are safe and in compliance with regulations in the countries where we are available. Engaging with the beauty industry is a regular part of our R&D process to stay aware of any questionable ingredients. We reformulate our products accordingly to maintain safety and avoid potential issues.

My favorite product has been discontinued. Can I still purchase it?

Decisions to add or remove a product are made based on customer preferences and purchasing trends. Contact us if you have any requests or questions about any of our products.

What is the lifespan of your products?

All Kreizi Beauty products are designed to have a shelf life of at least 12 months. Everything, from formulation to components and packaging, is decided with this time frame in mind.

Our focus on quality and value ensures the efficacy of our products remains consistent from day 1 to day 365. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us with the 5-character code printed on the product (which may be covered by the label), and we will do our best to make things right.

How should I store your products?

All of our makeup and skincare products are designed to be kept in a cool, dry place. We recommend storing them away from light and extreme temperatures, avoiding moisture and humid areas. Please close all packages securely after each use.
